Assistant
High school diploma (associate/bachelor’s preferred)
1–3 years in construction, administration, or project support
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic bookkeeping and data entry skills
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety awareness
Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Track materials, deliveries, permits, contracts, and invoices
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and vendor communication
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Reliable, professional, and adaptable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (optional)
Experience with payroll, procurement, or estimating (optional)
Carpenter
Proficient in framing and finish carpentry
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ownership of basic carpentry tools (specialty equipment provided by the company)
Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a positive work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
